Welcome to *We Clean Care!* By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Definitions
- “We,” “Our,” “Us” – Refers to *We Clean Care*, the cleaning service provider.
- “You,” “Customer” – Refers to any individual or business using our services.
- “Service” – Refers to all cleaning services offered by *We Clean Care*
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
- Full or partial payment may be required before service confirmation.
- We accept online payments, UPI, and cash (subject to terms).
- If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
3. Service Terms
- Our cleaning services are provided as per the package selected by the customer.
- The customer must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
- We are not responsible for any delays due to restricted access or other customer-side issues.
- Any additional cleaning requests beyond the booked service will be charged separately.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the service will be refunded (if applicable).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (full refunds will be provided in such cases).
5. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must provide accurate information regarding the property and cleaning requirements.
- Customers must ensure the safety of valuable items before the cleaning service begins.
- Before our cleaning team leaves, the customer must verify that all valuables are intact and not missing. Any concerns must be reported immediately before the team exits the premises.
- Any pre-existing damages in the property should be reported before service starts to avoid disputes.
6. Liability & Limitations
We are not liable for:
- Loss or damage to fragile or high-value items (unless negligence is proven).
- Any pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, power cuts).
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and collect personal data only for service-related purposes.
- Data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except for legal or operational requirements.

8. Service Guarantee & Complaints
- If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must report it within *24 hours* for a resolution.
- We will review complaints and, if valid, may offer a *free re-clean* or a partial refund.
- Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be considered.

- Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or services.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised *Effective Date
